Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology with at least two years research experience after post graduation. (OR) Ph.D in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology.

Desirable:

  • Passed NET/GATE/equivalent exam.

  • Candidates with experience in clinical research in biology.

  • Previous experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)/microarray data analysis.

  • Candidates must be comfortable with the Linux operating system and command-line interface.

  • Candidates must be well versed with at least one programming language, R/Python, etc.

  • Candidates with strong background in biostatistics and bioinformatics regarding NGS data analysis will be given preference.
