Essential Work Experience : Min. 13 years of service at Executive Level in various HR functions in State/ Central Government Departments/ Institutions/ Undertakings and /or Large Private Sector Organizations/Institutions/ Companies or repute, as an employee of that organization. Candidates working in Government/ public sector undertaking must have minimum three years experience in the scale of 88800- 209500 (Revised).
