National Institute of Biomedical Genomics invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification:

(i) Ph. D. in any Life Sciences discipline/MD or equivalent degree in related biomedical field.

(ii) Minimum 15 years research experience in Biomedical Genomics.

(iii) Excellent track record, hand in publications, patents and awards etc.

(iv) The applicants should be Scientist from the Central/State Governments, Research Institutes, Autonomous Bodies, Government funded Research organizations/Institutes etc.

(a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Department or:

(b) With at least 03 years service in the post with Level 14 as per 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department

Desirable:

(i) Experience in successfully running large programme, centre, institution.

(ii) Experience of guiding/conducting research activities in the area of specialization.
