Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Individual Consultant

Essential Qualification : Graduate Degree in Engineering, MBA in Marketing, Masters degree in Science/ Economics/ Operations Research or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.

Essential Work Experience : Minimum experience of 15 years in respect of Level-VI consultants in:

• Experience of techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation/choice of project involving large investments in the field of oil and gas pipelines, storage capacities, marketing infrastructure/ city gas distribution etc.; or

• Experience in development/ formulation of regulations or familiarity with latest technological developments in the oil and gas sector; or

• Experience in setting up of city gas distribution network, its operation and maintenance; or

• Experience in operation and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines; or

• Experience in drafting of technical standards/safety codes pertaining to oil and gas pipelines and installations; or

• Experience in fostering consumer interest in infrastructure.

Desirable: Previous exposure to Competition Law.
