National Health Systems Resource Centre invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Senior Consultant (Monitoring and Evaluation)
Essential Qualification :
(1) Post graduate in any discipline (preferably in Public Health/ Social Science/ MSW/ Statistics)
(2) Proficiency in data analysis using software tool like SPSS, data triangulation, performance, knowledge of public health, State demographics, population etc.
(3) High level of computer proficiency, specifically - familiarity with commonly used Windows, MS Office software and software packages.
(4) Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
(5) Willingness to travel to States / UTs and districts to provide technical assistance and ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.
(6) Preference would be given to the candidate having experience of working with Centre / State / UT health department.
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
(2) Experience in framing and designing Supportive Supervision tools, collation, compilation and analysis of large data sets.
(3) At-least 5+ years of work experience in health systems strengthening, program planning or implementation under NHM or High Priority Districts (HPDs)
(4) Experience in designing RMNCH+A factsheets.
