Essential Qualification:
(1) Ph.D. in Economics/Decentralisation and Development
(2) Masters Degree in Economics with good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Masters degree level from an Indian University or equal degree from an accredited foreign University.
(3) Standard publications in the subject.
(4) A minimum score of 60 according to score card approved by ISEC during the preceding calendar years (January 1 to December 31) during the period 2018-2022 (to be filled in the attached Excel Sheet and submitted as soft copy).
Desirable:
For Economics Discipline:
(1) Macro and Monetary Economics with Econometric Applications
(2) Public finance with Econometric Applications
(3) Development Economics and Labour Economics with Econometric applications
(4) Industrial and Infrastructure Economics with Econometric Applications
For Decentralisation and Development Discipline:
(1) High quality publications in the field of Decentralisation and Development supported by documentary evidence.
(2) Experience in conducting research studies of high standard.
(3) Experience of undertaking large-scale field studies involving primary data.
(4) Knowledge or Proficiency in MS Excel/SPSS.
