Essential Qualification:

I) A Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferably with PhD, including international exposure, good communication, writing and computer skills.

ii) Two to Four years of direct social work practice in any one or more of the fields of practice: Community Organization and development, Health and mental health, Criminology/correctional work, Dalit Issues, Tribal Issues, Human Rights, Child Rights, Womens Rights, Persons with disability

iii) Proficiency of Hindi and English communication

iv) Knowledge/familiarity on South-East Asia and International experience
