Post Name: Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification:

Technical Assistant(Geology): First Class B.Sc. with Geology as one of the subjects from a recognized University with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience of Interpretation of geological data for exploration/ soil/ coal/ mineral/ water sample preparation, analysis and handling of laboratory equipments like AAS, Ion Chromatograph, Flame photometer, UV-VIS, GC, ICP etc. /Coal Characterisation/ Rock Mechanics/ Rock testing/ design and monitoring of Engineering Projects/ AUTOCAD software.

Technical Assistant(Chemistry): First class B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized University with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience of analysis of solid and liquid fuels, operation of sophisticated analytical instruments./ coal and minerals testing and analysis by using conventional instruments, Characterization test, screening, washability studies of coal.

Technical Assistant(Zoology): First Class B.Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects from a recognized University with one year experience in relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience of wild animal sampling, analysis, preparation of wildlife management plan/Fauna & Flora/ GIS mapping / soil analysis.

Technical Assistant(Mining Engineering): First Class Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognised University/Institute of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with 02 years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institution/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience of working in Mine Planning Software/Modern survey equipment. / Rock excavation in underground coal mining/ tunnels/caverns/mining projects / CFD Modelling software.

Technical Assistant(Mechanical Engineering): First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University/Institute of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with 02 years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institution/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge/ experience of NDT / Machine maintenance/ CAD/Fabrication work/machine shop / CNC machine/ Auger Sampling / Machine design/quality evaluation of mechanical components / CATIA/ANSYS or analytical software of Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Assistant(Chemical Engineering): First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognised University/Institute of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with 02 years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institution/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience in Plant design software for coal washeries/ Computer Aided Design/ Coal handling/coal and Mineral washing plants / sophisticated analytical instruments/ Coal to chemicals/syngas.

Technical Assistant(Electrical Engineering): First Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised University/Institute of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with 02 years experience in relevant area from a recognized Institution/Organisation.

Desirable: Knowledge / experience in Plant design software for coal washeries/ Computer Aided Design/ Coal handling/coal and Mineral washing plants / sophisticated analytical instruments/ Coal to chemicals/syngas.
