Manager - Planning & Management (EVCI)

Essential Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing) (Full Time)

Essential Work Experience: A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification relevant executive experience majorly in the following areas:

  1. Business infrastructure rollout, network planning and implementation.
  2. Must have prior exposure in infrastructure projects business development in urban and rural settings.
  3. Prior experience in Client acquisition and account management in sectors such as Real estate, OMCs, EVCI, Telecom and/or Banking with a B2G interface would be preferred.
  4. Adept in dealing with both business and technology requirements.
  5. Experience in preparing business agreement and proposals, lease agreements.
  6. Experience in liaison with Govt / Corporate agencies.
  7. Excellent communication skills - presentation, verbal and written.
  8. Keen communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  9. Must have strong analytical skills.


Head - Carbon Finance Unit

Essential Qualification: Full time Masters degree or equivalent in Energy Technology/Environment Science / Environment Management / Renewable Energy / Sustainability or climate change / Energy Policy / Environmental Finance, Carbon mitigation related fields.

Essential Work Experience: A minimum of 14 years of post-qualification relevant experience majorly in the following areas:

  1. Experience with complex carbon project protocols and quantification methodologies, conducting fieldwork.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of climate/ carbon markets, clean energy and environment related issues, policies, at international, national level.
  3. Holistic experience in carbon portfolio -- development/Audit/Management in India.
  4. Ability to interact with a wide variety of external stakeholders including government officials, Climate investors and representatives from private sector, and national and international think tanks and research institutions.
  5. Excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills.
  6. Superior team working and collaborating skills.
  7. Drive, Commitment and Ownership for the responsibilities.
