Centre for Cultural Resources and Training invites applications for the following posts via Direct Recruitment/Deputation:

Post Name: Deputy Director (Production)

Essential Qualification:

Educational:

(i) A degree / diploma in Direction / Cinematography / Editing / Sound Recording and Sound Engineering from any of the recognized Institutes with 08 years experience in the related field or 08 years experience in documentation and preparation of audio / visual on Art and Culture

 OR

 (ii) Post Graduate degree in Hindi / English and Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication with 08 years experience in editing / publishing of Journals and Books in Government departments or reputed publishing firms. 

For Deputation :

From amongst Central/State Government employees or those employed in sub-ordinate/attached offices/autonomous bodies under the Govt of India holding:-

(i) Analogous posts on regular basis.

or

Posts in the pay scale of Pay Band - 2, plus Grade pay of (re.00vised pay scale as per 7th CPC, Level – 07 in Pay Matrix) with 07th years regular service in the grade and

(ii) Possessing essential educational and other qualifications as indicated above.

For Promotion:

The officers serving in the feeder category prescribed in the Recruitment Rules of the advertised post i.e., Assistant Documentation Officer / Copy Editor / Video Editor will be eligible for promotions to the post of Deputy Director (Production), serving in Centre for Cultural Resources and Training in PB - 2, Grade pay -(revised pay scale as per 7th CPC, Level – 07 in Pay Matrix), with seven years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis. 

For Direct Recruitment:

(i) A degree / diploma in Direction / Cinematography / Editing / Sound Recording and Sound Engineering from any of the recognized Institutes, with 08 years experience in the related field or 08 years experience in documentation and preparation of audio / visual on Art and Culture

OR

(ii) Post Graduate degree in Hindi / English and Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication with 08 years experience in editing / publishing of Journals and Books in Government departments or reputed publishing firms.
