Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government:

1. Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the cadre/ Department; or
2. With 3 years regular service in the grade after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Matrix of level 10 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and
