(i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department
(ii) With five years of regular service in posts in level-10 (56100-177500) in pay matrix or equivalent
Essential Work Experience: Possessing five years of experience in administration, establishment, and accounts matters.
