Post Name : Project Officer (HR)

Essential Qualification : MBA /MHRM/ PGDM (Full time) of minimum 2 years duration with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Labour Management/Labour Administration/Labour Studies from AICTE/UGC recognized University. Additional degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas.

(2) Experience in all the facets of Human Resource, Management, Industrial Relation, Labour Laws and legal matters

(3) Candidate having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference.

Post Name : Project Officer (Finance)

Essential Qualification : MBA/CA/CMA/ICWA

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas.

(2) Experience in Finalization of Accounts/Audit/Taxation/Costing & Budgeting etc

(3) Candidates having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference

(4) Teaching experience will not be considered

Post Name : Project Officer (Illegal)

Essential Qualification : LLB (Full Time) from recognized University/Institute

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Experience in company Legal matters like service matters, techno commercial matters etc is compulsory

(2) Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial experience in relevant areas

(3) Experience in all the facets of Labour Laws and Legal matters.

(4) Candidates having relevant work experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd will be given preference
