Punjab Agricultural University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

1. BSc (Agriculture)/BSc (Biotechnology) with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.

2. MSc in Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding and Genetics/Biotechnology (in crop plants)with at least OCPA 6.50 /10.00 basis or 65% marks.

3. The candidate who does not possess Masters degree in the relevant subject but possesses PhD Degree in the discipline required at Masters level, shall be eligible for the post.

4. The candidates having Post Graduate degree in subjects mentioned above, but having Bachelors degree with three years must have passed NET and two years experience. However, the PhD candidates are exempted from this condition.

Desirable: Experience/Research work in relevant field.
