National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Junior Consultant)

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Master degree in any discipline with 55% marks and MEd Special Education in VI with 55% marks/equivalent grade or an equivalent degree recognised by RCI

(ii) Valid CRR Number.

Desirable: 

(i) PhD/M Phil

(ii) 03 years teaching experience of MEd Special Education (VI)/BEd Special Education (VI) or research.

Post Name: Lecturer (Junior Consultant)

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Masters Degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks and MEd in special education (VI) with not less than 55% marks or an equivalent grade of B in 7 point scale or an equivalent degree from a foreign university recognized by RCI.

(ii) Valid CRR Number.

Desirable: PhD in concerned area.
