Essential Work Experience:

1. Officers / Officials who have retired from Central / State Govt., PSUs, Autonomous s Bodies Universities, Govt. R&D Organizations and possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he / she is applying g (as per annexed TOR for each post code).

2. Persons possessing experience of having worked in DRDO would be accorded pr reference during selection / appointment.

3. He / She should have effective communication ( both oral an d written) and interpersonal skills with a strong g flair for in-d depth examination of his / her areas of f work.
