Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Primary Teacher

Essential Qualification:

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR

  • Senior Secondary(or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) OR

  • Senior Secondary(or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education(Special Education) OR

  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

  • Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-I) conducted by the Government of India.

  • Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English media.

Desirable: Knowledge of working on Computer.

Recruitment Details

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan invites application for various posts. Total 6414 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 16/2022. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 32 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability, Women, Ex-Servicemen, Government Servant/Departmental Candidate and Jammu and Kashmir Domicile will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Economically Weaker Sections and PWBD Quota . The examination will be conducted through Online mode at All India level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at India, 442305.
