  1. Possession of valid driving license for motor cars

  2. Knowledge of motor mechanism

  3. Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years

  4. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or University

Desirable: 3 years service as Home Guard/Civil Volunteers
