Essential Qualification:
1. Masters Degree in any branch of science or a Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University / Institution
2. Atleast 10 years of experience in handling management of (Research) Vessel /Ships
3. Retired/Working persons with working experience atleast at the level of Under Secretary in any Government Institution or equivalent or in any relevant private sector.
Desirable: M.Tech in Naval Engineering/Naval Architecture or equivalent with 7 years of experience in handling/management of research vessel / ship
