Essential Qualification:
Postgraduate with minimum 60% in Social Work/Rural Development/related field and Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field ie Rural development, Financial inclusion, Microfinance, NGO etc.
Experience of working in RGAVP would be added advantage.
Experience of working with SHG based Financial inclusion project, familiar with policy and guideline would be preferred.
Must be Proficient in English and Hindi.
Must be computer literate though technical degree holder will be preferred.
Adequate knowledge of ICT.
