Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Data Analyst
Essential Qualification: First class graduate degree in Engineering or Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Computer Skills:- Should have proficiency in statistical, data analytics and visualization tools with related programming/scripting languages and applications.
Language: High levels of proficiency in English and Assamese. Working knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage
Essential Work Experience: Should have 7 – 10 years of professional experience with demonstrable accomplishments in the areas of data administration, data management, information technology or computer science. Candidates with lesser years of work experience, but with significantly higher educational qualification and demonstrable accomplishments would also be considered.
Post Name:Policy Consultant
Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in civil engineering or Master’s in Construction Management/ Project Management/Business Administration or other relevant subjects like Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates with advanced academic/professional qualification in Project Management will be an added Advantage.
Computer Skills and Theoretical Knowledge: Proficiency in the qualitative and quantitative research methods, tools and metrics for analysis and measurement will be given preference.
Language: High levels of proficiency in English and Assamese. Working knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate must have at least minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience after post- graduation in the areas of policy research, policy formulation, project & programme management. Candidates having publications and/or peer reviewed journal articles would be given preference
