Post Name : Specialist (Consultant Grade II)

Essential Qualification :

(1) MBA in Finance or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years) or Masters in Economics

(2) Advanced diploma or degree in Project Appraisal & Risk Management or PPPs

Essential Work Experience : Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in project formulation, appraisal, financing, risk analysis of PPP projects. The candidate with experience of successfully undertaken PPP transactions in Social Sector will be given preference.

Post Name : Public Policy Specialist (Grade II)

Essential Qualification : Masters in Economics

Essential Work Experience : Minimum of 8 (eight) years’ experience in Government, reputed Governmental Organizations, International development agencies and Research Organizations. Preference will be given to persons with work experience in Social Sector/ Infrastructure supported by published work/policy papers appraisal/monitoring of projects & schemes etc.

Post Name : Public Policy Analyst (Grade I)

Essential Qualification : Masters in Economics

Essential Work Experience : Minimum of three years’ experience in Government, reputed Governmental Organizations, International development agencies and Research Organizations. Preference will be given to persons with work experience in Social Sector/Infrastructure supported by published work/policy papers appraisal/monitoring of projects & schemes etc.
