Essential Qualification:

1. Java, JSP, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts.

2. Good OO design abilities, knowledge about application servers, deep knowledge of hibernate/any other ORM tool

3. Exposure to dynamic languages, workflow engines, web services.

4. Ability to compare various options and decide..

5. Ability to see abstractions bubbling up from different teams and consolidate the same.

7. Leading teams on end-to-end development and implementation.

Essential Work Experience:

1. 4 to 6 Years of hands-on Experience in multiple technology streams (J2EE, Dynamic languages, .Net. Etc)

2. GIS systems, Visualization techniques, experience in the mobile space, SOA
