ICAR National Rice Research Institute invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts :

Post Name : Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification :

  • Master degree in Remote Sensing and GIS / Geoinformatics / any discipline of Agriculture / Computer Science / M. Tech. in Computer Application / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Information Technology from recognize university with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. OR

  • Post-graduate degree in Environmental Science / Geography with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years masters’ degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience. OR

  • B. Sc. (Ag.) having four years graduation degree followed by M.Sc. in any discipline. OR

  • Ph. D. in any discipline of science.

Desirable : Having knowledge in coding / web designing and development / developing ICT tools / Oracle / .Net / MATLAB / python / Java etc.) Equivalent computer programming language will be preferred.

Post Name : Young Professional-I

Essential Qualification : Graduate in any discipline of science.

Desirable : Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point, Tally etc.) will be added advantage.

Recruitment Details

ICAR National Rice Research Institute invites application for various posts. Total 2 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 04/SRF/YP-I/2023-24. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 45, depending on the specific post.
