Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Project Associate (Research and Exhibition)

Essential Qualification:

  1. Masters Degree in Art History/ Archaeology or equivalent with NET qualified in the relevant discipline, or

  2. Post graduate diploma in Archaeology from Institute of Archaeology, or

  3. Archaeology and Heritage Management.

Essential Work Experience:

  • Work experience of at least 5 years specifically in documenting collection of art objects in stone, metal and wood etc. in Gallery/museum/archive of National or Regional importance under the control of Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territories.

  • Having at least two publications on the documentation work carries out on the collection of art objects/photographs/correspondences etc in gallery/museum/archive.

Desirable: PhD in relevant discipline

Place of Interview: 1 st Floor, A-Wing, IGNCA.
