Post Name: Chief Manager (Human Resource)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with 2 Years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or MBA with Specialization in HR/MSW or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
Desirable: Law Degree (3 years duration)
Essential Work Experience: Minimum of 19 years (post-qualification) relevant experience as on 31st July 2022 in HR disciplines (IR, Legal aspects pertaining to Labor matters, welfare, establishment, statutory compliances, domestic enquiry, HR management, framing welfare schemes etc.) of a large scale continuously operating process industry like fertilizers, petrochemicals, refinery, power and steel etc. Preferably in Public Sector.
