Indian Institute of Management Udaipur invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Associate (Admission)

Essential Qualification :

(1) Fluency and efficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

(2) Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.

(3) Patience and empathy when dealing with prospective students.

(4) Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.

(5) Eagerness to learn and adapt to new strategies for effective tele-calling.

(6) Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.

(7) Graduates, preferably with a post-graduation in management.

(8) Willing to be located in Udaipur.

(9) Preference will be given to immediate joiner.

Essential Work Experience : Minimum one year’s experience of admission counselling and tele-calling in an educational environment, preferably with MBA coaching institutes/Edu-tech companies/college/universities.

Desirable : A post graduate degree with relevant work experience would be an added advantage.
