Essential Qualification:

  1. Bachelor of Laws qualification in 10+2+5 years pattern from any National Law University / recognized University /College / Institution.

  2. Registration with Bar Council.

  3. Minimum seven years of experience in handling predominantly commercial matters in a responsible capacity viz. as legal professional (preferably in govt. organizations) or as partner of law firms, advocates etc. The experience shall be counted from the date of registration with Bar Council.
