Post Name : Project Trainee/Project Assistant

Essential Qualification :

(1) Under-graduate (5th or higher Semester) B.E./B.Tech/BCA students from Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology background from a recognized Institution/University.

(2) B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology) holder from a recognized Institution/University.

(3) Pursuing Masters degree in Computer /IT domain from the recognized University/ Institution.

Essential Work Experience :

(i) Working knowledge of Linux OS

(ii) Working knowledge on Python Django

(iii) Familiarity with the databases like MySQL and/or PostgreSQL

(iv) Website design using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.

(v) Knowledge of PHP framework like CodeIgniter

(vi) Knowledge of Flectra

(vii) Knowledge of image editing using Adobe CC, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.

Post Name : Project Associates

Essential Qualification : M.Sc./MS (Physics/Astronomy/equivalent), Integrated M.Sc. (Physics/Astronomy) from a recognized Institution/University.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Must have experience in Python Programming and Linux OS

(2) Python Django Development skills

(3) Familiarity with the databases like MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

(4) Hands-on experience in the Drupal based Content Management System (CMS).

(5) Maintenance and administration of websites.

(6) Server hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls, VPN, etc.

(7) Operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Linux and Windows Servers/ Workstations. Knowledge of Flectra.

(8) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/High Performance Computing (HPC)/AWS and Cloud Servers.

(9) Experience in handling Astronomy data.
