Bank of Maharashtra invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Credit Officer Scale-II

Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree from a University/ Institute with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) marks aggregate in all years / semesters recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies and

  • Professional Qualifications (Compulsory) any one : MBA (Full time) preferably in Banking / Finance / Banking and Finance / Marketing / Forex / Credit from a University / Institute recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies / PGDBA / PGDBM / CA/ CFA/ ICWA/ Financial Risk Manager or

  • In case candidate does not possess any of the professional qualification he/ she may apply for the post subject to production of experience certificate of having worked in Specialized Branches/ Controlling Offices ie ZOs / ROs / Commercial / Corporate Credit Departments at Head and Zonal Office level for at least 3 Years in any Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Financial Institutions

  • Out of three years post- qualification experience minimum two year should be as a Branch Head in case candidate has not worked in Specialized Branches / Controlling Offices ie ZOs / ROs / Commercial / Corporate Credit Departments at Head and Zonal Office in any Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Financial Institutions

Essential Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer and should be confirmed in service and not on contract in processing of MSME / Mid and Large Corporate proposals in Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Financial Institutions

  • Experience should be in appraisal / assessment of Credit proposals of MSME Medium / Large Corporates and / or working as a Branch Head

Recruitment Details

Bank of Maharashtra invites application for various posts. Total 100 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number AX1/ST/RP/Credit Officers II & III/Notification/2023-24. The minimum age limit is 28 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, Unreserved and PWBD Quota .
