Essential Qualification:

Retired persons having experience in

(1) Finance & Audit matters.

(2) Personnel & Administration matters.

The applicant must have retired from the post not below the level 10 and upto level 13 of 7th CPC or equivalent.

Retired persons having experience in

(3) Corporate Affairs,

(4) Marketing,

(5) Digitisation

(6) Minor Forest Produces(MFP)

The applicant must have retired from the post not below the level 10 and upto level 14 of 7th CPC or equivalent.

(7) 1 Secretarial Staff preferably Sr. Retd. PPS

Essential Work Experience:

  • Should have a working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, email etc. and e-office.

  • Should be well aware of various rules/regulations of the Government of India, capable to handle independently administrative matters, framing of RR, General Administration, Vigilance, Cash, Financial, Parliamentary and Budget matter’s etc.

  • The applicant must be well acquainted with the functioning of Central/State Government Ministries/ Departments/autonomous / Statutory bodies/ PSUs.

  • The applicant should have substantive secretarial experience e.g. noting/drafting and have expertise in office procedure.
