(1) Officers of Central and State Governments or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts;

(2) Officials in Central or State Government or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies with five years of regular service in Stenography line in the level 9 (53,100-1,67,800/-) in the pay matrix;

(3) Proficiency in Computer operations is essential and possessing stenography speed of a minimum of eighty words per minute.

Post Name : Private Secretary

Essential Qualification : 

(1) Officers of Central or State Governments or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts;

(2) Officials in Central or State Governments or Central and State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies with five years of regular service in the level 4 (25500- 81100/-) in the pay matrix;

(3) Proficiency in Computer operations is essential and possessing stenography speed of a minimum of eighty words per minute.
