Course name: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Essential Qualification: Valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET.

Educational Qualification:

  • M Tech/ME/IT in CSE having specialization in relevant areas.

  • M Tech/ME in ECE/CSE/ME/EE having specialization in relevant areas.

  • M Tech/ME/MS having specialization in relevant areas.

  • Masters degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant area of research along with Bachelors degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology with first class or minimum 60% marks (or CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale of equivalent).
