Post Name: Junior / Senior Executive

Essential Qualification: 

• Any Graduate degree with 0-2 Years experience preferably in IP or Law or academic project management.

• Any Graduate degree having 2-5 Years work experience in (B2B) or IP/Business Development/ Legal firm or academic Tech. Transfer Office preferably an Engineer or MBA with Techno-Commercial-Market understanding.

Desirable: 

• The ability to grasp challenging technical concepts (IDF) quickly from a wide range of Patent technology areas and prepare Tech. Brief for Industry Outreach

• Perform Techno Commercial feasibility studies, Market Report, Technology Evaluation on commercial, legal, business perspective

• Technical Transfer and Licensing agreement Maintenances, post licensing royalty tracking and monitoring various agreements in TTO.

• Experience of working effectively with different stakeholders, confidently influencing them and where appropriate showing tenacity and persistence.

Optional requirements:

• Registered Patent agent/C-RTTP/Diploma in IPR and Technical Transfer.

• Specific experience in technology transfer, patent licensing, or related research

• A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise.
