Essential Qualification:
Holding analogous post on regular basis Or
Holding post in the pay matrix Level-8 or equivalent on regular basis for at leat two years
Holding post in the pay Matrix Level-7 or equivalent on regular basis for at least five years and
having experience in the relevant field as well as in the administration
