Essential Qualification :
(1) Should have passed Standard VII and should not have acquired graduation
(2) Should possess three years experience certificate as Kavadi/Mahout from a registered elephant owner having ownership certificate issued by the Forest and Wildlife Department
(3) Must possess good health and physique (to be proved by a Medical Certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon)
