Aligarh Muslim University invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

(i) M.Sc./M.Tech. in Remote Sensing/Applied Geology from a recognized Institute/University or statutory body OR equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score; For SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score.

(ii) Candidates who are selected through National Eligibility Test CSIR- UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or Cleared selection process through National level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions like DST, DAE, DOS, LIT, IlSc etc.

Desirable:

(i) Proven working experience in Microwave Remote Sensing and having knowledge of Python, and hydrodynamic modeling.

(ii) Preference will be given to candidates having working experience relevant to the project
