Post Name: Manager (Project) /Assistant Manager (Project)

Essential Qualification:

Manager (Projects):

• Working on analogous post or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 05 years of services in Group A/Group B. OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 10 years experience in of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities.

Assistant Manager (Projects):

• Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on regular post in GP-4600 (6th CPC)/ Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs having degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 03 years of service.OR

• Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on regular post in GP-4600 (6th CPC)/ Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs having Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent with 05 years of service.

• OR

• Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt on regular post in GP-4600 (6th CPC)/ Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs having ITI or equivalent of at least 02 year duration in any Engineering branch with 10 years of service.

Desirable: 

• Experience of working in organization/area connected with Land Management.

• Experience in Tendering work.

• Knowledge of Computer
