Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification invites applications for the following post via Deputation/Re-Employment/Direct Recruitment:
Post Name: Director General
Essential Qualification:
(i) Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Institute;
(ii) Masters Degree in Science from a recognized University or institute.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Masters degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
(ii) Ph.D in Science or Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
Essential Work Experience:
(i) Eighteen (18) years for candidates holding Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology; or Masters degree in Science;
(ii) Sixteen (16) years for candidates holding Masters degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
(iii) Fourteen (14) years for candidates holding Ph.D in Science or Technology from a recognized University or Institute;
Desirable Experience:
(i) Experience in production or research and development in Electronics;
(ii) Experience in dealing with projects involving foreign collaboration and liaison with Government Department and Industries;
(iii) Experience of marketing of services to Industries;
(iv) Experience of planning and introduction of international quality assurance practices for quality improvement of electronics products.
