ICAR National Research Centre on Equines invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:
Post Name: Assistant Research Officer
Essential Qualification:
(i) Masters degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Epidemiology or relevant discipline in life sciences from a recognised university with 4 years/5 years of Bachelors degree. Candidates having post-graduate degree in basic sciences with 3 years of Bachelors degree should have NET/GATE qualifications. AND Two years of research experience in the academic institutions/or science and technology organisations involved in the scientifi c activities and services. OR
(ii) Doctoral degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Epidemiology or relevant discipline in life sciences from a recognised university. Candidates having post-graduate degree in basic sciences with 3 years of Bachelors degree should have NET/GATE qualifications OR
(iii) MD/MVSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Epidemiology or relevant discipline
Desirable: Work experience in microbiology/ biotechnology laboratory. Experience in biological sample collection, ELISA, cell culture, virus and bacterial isolation, and PCR is desirable.
