Essential Qualification : Post Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks

Essential Work Experience : 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post or with equivalent TME in Govt./Pvt./Public Sector Undertaking
