Essential Qualification: Officers under the Central Government/State Government/UT Administration of the Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with at least 5/10 years of regular service in the grade of Assistant Administrative Officer/Office Superintendent in the Level-07/Level-06 of pay matrix or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and experience in administration and establishment matter and also preferably in Accounts matter. Officers having MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference.
