Post Name: Scouts and Guides Quota Level 2

Essential Qualification:

  • Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks are not to be insisted upon in case of SC / ST / Ex-servicemen. OR

  • Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship. OR

  • Passed Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.

Essential Qualification:

  • 10th pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. OR

  • 10th pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

  • 10th pass plus ITI.

Recruitment Details

Railway Recruitment Cell Central Railway invites application for various posts. Total 12 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number RRC/CR/01/2022. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 32, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen, Jammu and Kashmir Domicile, Person With Benchmark Disability, Widow, Divorced Women and Government Servant/Departmental Candidate will be as per the government rules. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at India, 442305.

Written Test for Level-1 Cancelled

Written test held on 05/02/2023 against open advertisement Scouts and Guides quota for the year 2022-23 for filling up of 10 posts in Level-1 over Central Railway issued on 26/11/2022 has been cancelled due to Administrative reasons and fresh written test will be conducted for the same candidates ie 329 candidates who have appeared earlier in the written test held on 05/02/2023. The tentative date of written test will be 30/04/2023. Candidates are advised to check the website of RRC/CR www.rrccr.com regularly for updates.
