Essential Qualification: Persons who have qualified Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent examination of any of the Organized Accounts Department, such as, the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Indian Defence Accounts Department, Indian Railway Accounts Department; or, persons holding analogous posts under the Central Govt. Departments on regular basis and have undergone training in Cash and Accounts from ISTM, will be eligible for the post.
