National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Program Officer

Essential Qualification :

(1) Post-graduate degree preferably with a focus on Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Waste Management, Circular Economy, Climate Change Management, Environmental Sciences or any related field;

(2) Demonstrated experience of working on municipal waste management projects;

(3) Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view;

(4) Good social, analytical, inter-personal and planning skills.

(5) Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Minimum 3 years of professional experience in development projects implemented by national / international NGOs/ UN bodies/ Governments/ Bi-lateral agencies or Consulting firms;

(2) Experience in coordinating with Municipal Governments, Smart City SPVs or any other Government agencies;
