Post Name : Director

Essential Qualification : BE or B Tech in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Recognized University/Institutes.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) The incumbent must possess 15 years or more experience in Training & Development activity in Power Utilities / Industry / reputed Training Institutes.

(2) Out of 15 years Minimum 05 years experience as Sr. Faculty/ Head of Training, Development & Research Institutes.

(3) Capable of managing Training Delivery and Training Infrastructure, Capacity Building Exercise.

(4) Design, Conduct and Evaluation of Training Programmes as per Companys Objectives.

(5) Identifying Industry Trends and making the organization ready for future challenges through Training and skill up gradation of existing manpower.

(6) Imparting effective induction training to young engineers/ professionals.

(7) Expected to have in depth knowledge of latest trends and aspects of imparting training and management development programmes and passion for employee development.

(8) proficiency in computers to be able to work in ERP environment

Desirable : ME / M. Tech. /M. Phil/ Ph. D.
