Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers under the Central Government

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on regular basis in the pay band-3, 1566-39100 plus grade pay 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department

(iii) with six years in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay band-2, 9300-34800 plus Grade 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

(2) Bachelor degree of a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification : Master Degree in Commerce from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience : One years experience of teaching or training in a recognized university or training Institute in Budget and Accounts Matter.
