(i) Officer under the Central Government.
(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis.
(b) Having five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix.
(c) Having six years of regular service in Level-8 of the pay matrix.
(ii) Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
(iii Seven years experience in dealing with Administration and Establishment matters in the Central Government Department.
