Post Name: Senior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification:
Masters in Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Breeding/Agricultural Statistics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application or equivalent with 4 years or 5 years of Bachelors degree. OR
Having 3 years Bachelors Degree who have acquired professional Master Degree (3 years) like MCA are eligible. Candidates having Masters degree in basic sciences with 3 years Bachelors degree and 2 years Masters Degree should have NET qualification. OR
PhD in Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Agricultural Statistics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application or equivalent.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Statistical and Computational Genomics/Bioinformatics.
Knowledge of programming in Linux/R/Pearl/Java/PHP/JSP and use of various software and tools.
Place of Interview: NBPGR, New Delhi.
