with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the level-11 in the pay matrix (67700-208700) in the parent cadre or department: and
Degree in Engineering in civil or computer Science or Information Technology or Masters Degree in Mathematics or Geography or Computer Applications or Computer Sciences or Informational Technology
